Hitachi Magic Wand Review

Are you growing tired of your toy collection, the highest level of vibration on your favorite toy no longer doing the trick for you? Well, there’s good news, the Hitachi Magic Wand is known for out-vibing all the rest. Of course, that is probably why it has remained a king (queen?) of the massager world for decades. But that’s enough talk, let’s break this bad boy down to see what it really offers, who it was designed for, what you can do with it, what it excels in, and of course any downsides to using it.

Hitachi Magic Wand

What is the Hitachi (Original) Magic Wand?

The Hitachi Magic Wand was originally designed and developed in 1968 to be a powerful body massager to help reduce soreness in muscles, ease tension and help users relax after a long day. However, once Hitachi, a Japanese company launched the product in the United States it did not take long before it was popularized as an amazing tool for masturbation during the sex-positive movement that took place in the late 1960s.

Today, the product has been renamed multiple times (Magic Wand Original, Original Magic Wand, and simply Magic Wand) because of company values after being used sexually in Sex in the City (2002 episode). The company wanted to stop production, but thankfully for all of us women was talked into simply renaming it and removing the company name!

Of course, it has been updated to stay with the times, and may have a different name, but when you say ‘Hitachi’ or ‘Magic Wand’ – the first thing many think about, if not all people who have heard of the company, is a naughty toy for pleasure. In a way, it still helps in relieving stress and tension, and oh so much more!

How big and heavy is it?

The wand itself measures 12-inches in length, giving users plenty of grabbing room. The head is 2.5-inches in diameter, which on its own is plenty of space to play with positioning, but there’s a growing number of attachments available too (we’ll get to this later). It is a bit heavier than your average toy at just under 2lbs, but that is to be expected with the larger size and more powerful motor.

How noisy is the wand?

With power comes noise, there’s no ways around that. So, if you are looking for something discreet and quiet, this may not be the toy for you. The sound of a Hitachi Magic Wand has been compared to a kitchen appliance noise. Long as you’re not attempting to use it in the office bathroom, you may be okay.

How much power does it really have?

Are you kidding? Power is what this thing was built for! It was designed to massage deep into your shoulders, back, and other sore muscles. Depending on the exact model, the speeds range between 2,700 RPM to 6,300 RPM (Rechargeable 4 Speed Magic Wand) or 5,000 RPM and 6,000 RPM (Original Hitachi Magic Wand). Put it this way, it’s so powerful that one of the leading complaints is cumming too quick.

Because of this, the head is larger, similar to a baseball in size and not designed to fit inside the vagina. Again, there are attachments for this, let’s take a look at those.

Hitachi Magic Wand with Charger

What type of attachments are available?

There are various types of attachments to the Hitachi wand, which is great due to the design of the wand itself being limited to external use. The real question is, which attachment should you check out first? Keep reading to learn about some of the more common types of wand attachments, then you can make that decision for yourself.

Also, many people ask if attachments fit both the older and newer versions of the wand. The answer is yes, because the head is the same across the board – so let’s get to it!

  1. Tri-Gasm

This attachment has a multi-purpose design. It stimulations the clit, while being inserted in the vagina and anal regions for maximum pleasure. It kind of resembles a shark with a fin if you look just right.

It is made from TPE which is latex and phthalate free.

The vaginal section measures 1.5” wide head and 5/8” wide shaft with a 3” length. The anal section measures 2” in length and 1” head and ½” shaft. The clit stimulator is 1.25” in diameter.

  1. Silicone G-Spot Thriller

When attached to the wand, this one kind of resembles a propeller, but it feels amazing! It provides the ultimate stimulation, which is why it made this list.

It is made from silicone to ensure safety and easy cleaning. It is also hypoallergenic and Phthalate free. Always use silicone safe lube with this one though, or it could cause damage to the toy.

The insertable length measures 3.25” so it hits the G-spot. However, it also has a 1.5” wide tip with round dots to help spread the vibration throughout your most sensitive areas.

  1. Thrill Cap

Unique in design, this silicone-based attachment slips over the head of your wand for a feeling just as unique as it looks. Produced by Wand Candy, it has a lime green color that’s sure to brighten any mood as the small nubs tease you all over, increasing your pleasure experience.

It is made from silicone that is hypoallergenic and Phthalate free, making it simple to clean. Silicone safe lube should be used for this attachment as well.

  1. Hummingbird

This is a rather straight forward attachment. It is a massage tube for ‘his’ masturbation. That’s right, the wand is no longer exclusive for the ladies, there are options for guys too! This one fits the majority of wand versions, which is why it has made the list, along with the intense feeling of course. The tube has a nubbed design to increase sensations as you or your partner stroke it.

It is designed using TPE making it latex and phthalate free. It is also easy to clean up.

This attachment measures 1.25” wide and 3.25” in length for a good coverage. Although, for those with larger girth it may not be the right choice.

  1. Straight Up Thriller

If you are looking for a simple, yet effective attachment the Straight Up Thriller is perfect. It provides stimulation to the inner and outer areas with the power of your wand. It is also simple to slip over your wand head.

It is made from premium silicone, phthalate free and hypoallergenic. It is also easy to clean, but only use silicone safe lube.

It measures a total 6.5” inches, with 3.75” insertable. The girth is 3.75” with a 1” width.

  1. G-Curve Thriller

Another simple design, similar to the previous attachment, the G-Curve Thriller has a curved member for reaching areas a ‘straight’ member just can’t hit. This is also a popular option for couple play.

This one is also designed with premium silicone, making it easy to clean and of course hypoallergenic and phthalate free.

This one measures similar to the ‘Straight Up’ design, 6.5” in length with 3.75” insertable. However, the girth ranges from 1” to 4”.

Control Button

Who is the Magic Wand best for?

Anyone looking to go to experience stronger orgasms and taking things to the next level. The Hitachi is great for solo masturbation or using on a partner. Because of the motor being louder than average, it is best for those looking for a toy to use in the bedroom, or in situations where being quiet and discreet is not needed.

Risk of desensitization?

Because of having stronger vibrations, this is a common question with this toy, is there risk of desensitizing leading to problems with orgasm or damage? Let’s talk about that…

Unless damaged or faulty, vibrators and massagers do not cause long-term or permanent desensitizing. Toys are a sensation-based product, meaning like with other forms of sensations, the body and mind can become familiar and adjust to the sensation. Therefore, with constant use the brain becomes ‘used to the feeling’.

For instance, after using the Hitachi against your clit for several minutes, other toys may not have much effect right away. However, once you’ve given a period of time for things to rest up you’ll still get the sensations from other toys.

Packaging

Pros:

There is a really long list of pros that could be talked about. For instance, the power level is beyond anything an average vibrator offers. It offers a powerful vibration in a way only the Hitachi can provide. This baby doesn’t run off batteries, it plugs directly into the wall to ensure it has the required power at all times, and never goes dead on you during sessions. This is great because you won’t stress over being right at climax when it cuts out.

When you get tired of using it as an external toy, there are many options available in the form of attachments that allow you to insert it vaginally or anally. There are also attachments to enhance male masturbation too!

When you are not using the wand for sexual pleasure, you can use it as a full body massager as it was originally designed for. Making it a great toy and/or tool to have in the line up for either your health or the toy box.

Cons:

Although a great toy, there are some downsides to the toy. There are women who have complained it is too powerful for them which results in them to get off too fast. This really isn’t the type of toy you simply grab and expect to last a while using, it is more of a finisher or ‘go hard or go home’ type of toy.

Another common complaint is the noise level. This is caused by the stronger motor, but has been referred to the amount of noise a kitchen appliance makes. It really isn’t for discreet pleasure, as the humming remains louder than average when pressed against the body as well.

Summary

In the end, the Hitachi Magic Wand is an amazing product both sexually and non-sexually. It literally offers a full body massage from neck to legs, and everything between them. The head is about the size of a baseball, but if high powered internal pleasure is what you’re after there are plenty of attachment options available for any situation. Today, there are plenty of attachments available for both her, or him. From simple designs to complex and unique designs.

There are not as many attachments that focus simply on clitoral stimulation as the want itself is often the go-to option for this, but there are a few. Additionally, you can find attachments for vaginal insertion in a range of lengths, colors, widths, and girths available. Then there are the options for anal insertion, again in various options, or go all out and get a double penetration or even triple action attachment!

When it comes to the wand, it is a louder option compared to the majority of regular vibrators. This is because of the more powerful motor. Additionally, some have issues of numbness after just a few minutes of use, but this does wear off shortly after use and is normal. There are women who have claimed the Hitachi Magic Wand works too well, by causing them to reach climax too quickly for it to actually be enjoyable, but many enjoy the fact it allows for quickly getting off. Plus, it means reaching climax more times in a short amount of time, if you’re into that sort of thing. Finally, the Hitachi is the type of toy you may want to warm up first, then use as this can help build anticipation, longer pleasures, and once you’ve used the Magic Wand for a while, you may need to rest!

Best rabbit vibrators 2021

Lelo Insignia Soraya

If you are curious about toys and have not really experimented with them, you may be wondering what a rabbit vibrator is and how it’s different from others. Well, keep reading! We’ll cover what they are, what to look for, different types of materials, and of course, some of the best rabbit vibrators on the market today.

What is a Rabbit Vibrator?

One of the most common sex toys out there has to be the rabbit vibrator, originally for their interesting and elegant design. They are a multi-purpose toy, unlike your basic dildo as they stimulate the clitoris while the penis shaped part penetrates the vagina.

The area that stimulates the clit are referred to as the “bunny ears”. Depending on the toy the bunny ears may be the only vibrating part, but on higher end toys both the bunny ears and shaft can give various vibrating speeds and patterns, from a low hum to a fast jack rabbit gone wild!  They rose to prominence when Sex and the City used to be on air.

Then there are some that are a triple threat, providing clitoris stimulation, g-spot stimulation and anal stimulation. Some have attachments too. Let’s get into what you should look for, so it’s not all so overwhelming!

What they offer over other types of vibrators

Their unique design is one of the attractive things about this adult toy, and partly why they became so popular. Where a bullet vibrator targets clitoris stimulation, and dildos (even vibrating dildos) mainly focus on G-spot stimulation and/or just deep penetration because of their straight design.  See this guide to vibrators clip for more info.

However, the rabbit styles are designed with a curved shaft and ‘bunny ears’, allowing it to target multiple areas simultaneously, which is often focused G-spot and clitoris stimulations but can also target deep penetration or anal play.

Types of rabbit vibrators

Basic Rabbits

These are the original design with G-Spot and Clitoris stimulation. However, basic does not mean dull. Depending on the toy, you may get a single speed with an on/off switch, or if you want more variety during play time, some have a few or a bunch of speed and pattern options to switch through.

More Advanced Rabbits

In addition to having multiple speeds and patterns available, with this category we’re referring to those that offer just a bit more functionality. For instance, rotating vaginal beads. Some have shafts that pump like the real deal too.

Triple Threats

We like to refer to the rabbit vibrators that offer stimulation to the G-spot, clit and anal regions as a triple threat for obvious reasons. These are great options for those looking to expand from one of the above rabbits, or simply curious about anal pleasure as many of these simply tease the backdoor, but some are designed for just a bit more.

What Should You Look For?

If you are new to rabbit vibrators it can seem rather overwhelming, but there are a few focus areas to look at. Below we’ll cover the more important areas, so you can make an informed decision based on your needs and wants.

Materials

  1. ABS Hard Plastic – These materials may be among the easiest clean, and they are generally smooth. This is due to them being a non-porous material and often offered on mid to high end toys. Although, this material does not transfer vibrations as well as silicone does.
  2. Silicone – By far among the most common material found, easy to sterilize and clean and non-porous. This material can range from a soft to firm design, and transfers both vibration and body heat very well. You want to look for 100% silicone though, otherwise you should simply assume it’s only partially silicone, which makes it less safe.
  3. Metal –Another popular option is metal, again simple to clean and offers a little weight. It also offers the fun of hot and cold play, commonly designed with stainless steel or aluminum. However, some higher end companies offer silver and gold options.
  4. Glass –Another favorite among temperature play, it is a smooth surface and offers weight. However, glass is hard and has zero flex, so if you want something that bends this isn’t it. It’s very easy to clean, and often made using Pyrex (remember your grandma’s baking dish that never seem to break?).
  5. Wood and Stone –Although not common, there are niche markets where you can find toys made from wood or stone. These are non-porous, specially treated for safety.

Design

Prior to shopping for a new toy, decide what purpose you want it to serve. Should it be the basic clit and g-spot,or do you want anal teasing and pleasure too? This will help narrow your search.

Features

There are various features you can find, some of them include:

  • Vibrating & Rotating Shaft – As it sounds, the shaft rotates or vibrates to give different sensations.
  • Rotating Beads – Similar to the previous feature, except with a bead texture that provides a different feeling.
  • External Stimulation Only – There are some models with only the bunny ears, for those who prefer clitoris stimulation only.
  • Hands Free – This feature enables you to use your rabbit hands free, great for simply laying back watching your favorite show, or whenever the mood hits.
  • Wand Rabbit – Combination between the popular Hitachi Wand and Rabbit Vibrator!
  • Anal Action – When you want to tease or pleasure the prostate.

Speeds & Options

If you’re not worried about variety, this isn’t that important. However, if you think you’ll get bored with a single speed toy, you may want to ensure there are options available. Some toys come with a few speeds, while others switch between 10!

Color Options

Personal preference here but may be something you should look into. Common colors are purple and pink, but some come in various colors.

Wet Wabbit Vibrator

Just as the name implies, the Wet Wabbit is designed to be used in the shower or bath. It’s the upgraded model of Sex and the City Vibrator, which was also rather popular. The upgrade gives it more power, waterproof seal, built-in controller and an improved look over the bulkier Wascally Wabbit model.

Wet Wabbit Vibrator
Wet Wabbit Vibrator

It measures an insertable 5 inches in length, with a 1.5-inch girth. Made with soft jelly type material, it feels nice against the skin without getting raw.

The built-in controller is amazing and offers simple access, which is important for those bathtub or showers. You will be able to have a new experience each time with the multiple patterns and vibrations available, which makes the massaging beads your new best friend!

Many say the best feature about this toy is the bunny ears, as it directs rapid vibrations right on the clit while the massaging beads and rotating tip give a life like feeling.

Features:

  • 3 Speeds & 3 Patterns
  • Waterproof design
  • Runs off 3 AA batteries
  • Built-in controller
  • Life like feel

The only real downside to the toy is that it runs off 3 AA batteries instead being recharged by an outlet. However, investing in rechargeable batteries can help lower cost of frequent play.

Lelo Insignia Soraya Pleasure Object

The Lelo Insignia Soraya comes with a nice-looking satin storage sack with an instruction paper, but it’s not that complicated. One of the more popular parts of this toy is the dual motor and multi-speed and patterns available. There is a total of 9 speeds, and 8 different patterns, for a combined 72 possible options!

Lelo Insignia Soraya
Lelo Insignia Soraya

This toy is made from silicone and measures 5-inches in length, fully insertable and just over 1-inch in girth. The size makes it a good starter toy and it’s designed to be quiet and discreet. Although, experienced users will still have a blast reaching climax with this one. If you’re wanting a toy to travel with, this is a great option as well, because of its quiet design you can barely hear it at the highest intensity level a few feet away.

It is rechargeable and can last up to 4hrs on a single charge. This is a longer lasting toy, with many only lasting about 2 hours.

Features:

  • 8 various vibration modes
  • 9 speeds
  • Two motors for added power
  • Quiet, yet powerful (discreet)
  • Made with silicone

Evolved Wild Orchid

If you’re looking for a 100% silicone toy that will do the trick every time, the Evolved Wild Orchid has 24 different modes. Although not as many as others on this list offer, the G-spot tip and curvy shaft is strong enough to make it count!

It measures a total 7-inches in length, with 5-inches insertable. A single charge lasts an average of 1 hour, depending on which speeds you’re using it at (higher speeds drain the battery faster). It’s also waterproof, giving you plenty of options when it comes to playtime!

Features:

  • 100% silicone
  • Waterproof
  • Multi-speed offers 24 different options
  • Dual motor control
  • Rechargeable with USB

Vertigo Rabbit

When you really want to reach the edge and go beyond, the Vertigo Rabbit will make you spin! Like others on this list, it is also waterproof which means you can take it anywhere you would like. It is designed with a dozen swirling orbs, that’s right, 12 orbs that move at one time with 2-way rotations.

Vertigo Rabbit
Vertigo Rabbit

That’s not all, the tip works the G-spot just perfectly and feels realistic as the bunny ears tickle your clit for added stimulation. It operates with 4 AA batteries.

With an interesting, futuristic look this is the longest rabbit on our list with a total length of 9.5-inches tall, 5-inches insertable, and a 1.5-inch girth. It offers two speeds and made from TPR material.

Features:

  • 2 speeds
  • Waterproof
  • 5” tall, 5” insertable, 1.5” girth.
  • Has 12 moving orbs
  • Uses 4 AA batteries

Overall this is a fun toy, and the 12 orbs moving in different directions is amazing, but it doesn’t have much to offer for variety with patterns or speeds. With only two speeds to choose from, the main feature is the 12 orbs and the fact it’s waterproof.

You will want to remove the batteries when being stored or periods of non-use to avoid batteries leaking or exploding and damaging your toy.

My Wrap up

Finally, when it comes to purchasing a toy it is important to remember your reason for shopping. For instance, if you are wanting something small and discreet, you will want to ensure its motor is quiet too. If you’re looking to add to your collection and/or go bigger and harder, you’ll lack discreet as the stronger it is, the louder it will be.

Fun Factory Stronic Eins Review

Fun Factory Stronic Eins

Finally, I own a Stronic Eins to the party years late. Oh, how long I’ve been looking for this day! Dreamed of the strength and skill in the most creative development of the fun factory and imagined the waves of squirting enjoyment that would certainly overwhelm me. This is a hand held toy that inside you thrusts (or shakes more aptly), an idea that excites me on a variety of levels.

There have been very few toys I’ve been obsessed with over the Eins. Obsessing my toy often involves hours of studies, looking at pictures doe-eyed and sleuthing around at the highest cost. With pennies saved, (who should eat anyway?) often for months or even years before you can lastly click Add to Basket.

Fun Factory Stronic Eins
Fun Factory Stronic Eins

I read review after review and look at them jealously as more and more bloggers add to their collections my prospective’ Holy Grail ‘ sex toys. Because of my vacant savings account and a landlord who insists I pay my rent, it’s always behind the trend. I’m telling myself that this next toy is going to be the one I need. That I will come so much to enjoy it that just looking at it leaves my knickers in need of wringinging out.

However, the sad reality is that the We-vibe Tango is the only toy that has lived up to the hype around it. The larger trend is unfortunately that the most coveted toys have the furthest to fall, and worryingly I put it on the greatest pedestals for the Stronic Eins.

* ** The Stronic’s body has a very easy design, particularly for Fun Factory, which has a crazy catalog of swirly, pronged and sparkling creations. With just three strong buttons and two magnetic charging pins at the base, the handle is soft plastic. The shaft is silicone of medical grade, has the slightest bend forward for stimulation of the G-spot and a large bump near the base. I have my doubts that the latter should be a’ clitoral nub’ that Fun Factory seems to like to add to their toys, perhaps somebody should demonstrate them where the clitoris is?

My one HUUUUUGE peeve is the silicone with all the Fun Factory toys. Yes, I’m chuffed that it’s medical grade, but that doesn’t mean I want to leave the impression of my vagina as if it was sandpapered. There’s so much drag on the Eins that to the touch it’s almost grainy! To be honest, if there’s one toy that I want to be as smooth as possible, it’s the one that’s about to shake mechanically back and forth within me like an industrial table sander.

Most of the insertion is simple enough after solving the drag problem with a lot of dense lube (I use sliquid sassy to tame this specific beast). Thanks to the slim-ish shaft and tapered tip of the Eins, almost entirely.

The pattern design and how you cycle through them is a little strange. I won’t try to explain it because it’s bleugh… but basically there are ten settings. The constant one on which you begin, three quicker and then six fancy oscillating patterns. I’m going to say that if you accidentally skip past it, you can quickly get back to the one you want.

How far has the Stronic Eins dropped now that it was truly familiar with my vagina? Not to the extent that you might believe. I certainly haven’t found my Holy Grail in the Eins, but the same can be said for every single toy in my collection, and my erogenous zones are just too god-damn picky to win their hearts.

So, how’s that feeling? Not half that bad. That is, not as fantastic as I had expected it would be, but effective and pleasurable at the same time. The Eins shakes within me effectively back and forth–provided that I do not hold the handle too strongly or grip hard. The feeling is deliciously thuddy when it’s actually doing its thing, but I can’t help wishing the motions were deeper. I would say, at most, that the Stronic Eins moves back and forth about 2 cm. Whereas if I was masturbating with a dildo I would likely move it in and out a few inches at least.

For me, the thrusting of the Stronic is hit and miss, it may be lacking in the depth of its strokes, but it still packs a quite remarkable punch. It is not necessary to scoff at the velocity and force behind the shaking shaft and even the patterns feel fairly damn good (if not better than the constant environments). I might have to angle the handle to get the tip to hit my G-spot fairly dramatically, but when it does, it’s difficult to overlook.

This is the first toy with a engine that I really liked to use internally. I’m notoriously overwhelmed by vibrations inside me, so the Eins provides a motorized stimulation that doesn’t result in boredom and is, at its best, a rumbly-thud-machine that I’m happy to have inside me. When I catch my G-spot in the correct mood, the Eins can be quite sensational and with any luck I can experience a rather messy squirting session. Thank God that my clothes are waterproof (and this toy)! Sadly, another session is not going as well and I feel underwhelmed. Despite my fantasies, this isn’t a hand-held fucking machine and it can’t offer my partner and his dick’s lengthy delicious strokes as well.

* ** It’s not like someone fucking you at all and you can’t really keep up with the depth of a nice masturbation dildo. So why am I still collecting it? I’m a lazy person. I said it there, and it’s true to goddamn… at least when it comes to jacking off. I suffer from depression and, together with a severe depletion of my libido, it makes the concept of masturbation look really tedious. It sounds bad, but if I know I’m going to have to twist my wrist at an awkward angle and repeatedly thrust a dildo into my vagina twenty minutes before perhaps reaching climax, I probably won’t bother. But if for me, something like the Eins, I have something to do the thrusting, I might just feel like a potential orgasm worth the effort.

When I think back to other toys that I tried like the Bouncer that I likely would have liked ten billion times more if I had to do some thrusting / jiggling for me, it’s evident that the Stronic would always be a hit with me. It does the job and all I need to do is hold the handle so it doesn’t jackhammer out. I appreciate it (mostly) and sometimes it even makes me squirt when the planets align right.

At Lovehoney, you can buy the Fun Factory Stronic Eins for £ 139.99 (approximately $180.32 or $158.18).

Review: Mystim Sizzling Simon – Electrostimulation Vibrator

Mystim Sizzling Simon – Electrostimulation Vibrator

I THE CONFESS, I was infatuated with Simon for a long time in all his sizzling glory. If not more, I’m speaking a whole year. So infatuated, I just called a name for a sex toy like a individual. NOW IS MY LIFE!

I’ve always been excited about the concept of electrostimulation, but I’ve always avoided corded toys–never owning a single plug in or battery packed sex toy. I just don’t want to get tangled or restricted by their reach in cables. I want sex / masturbation to be spontaneous, free, uninhibited. Although I said I’m dreaming now that someone is binding my wrists with a doxy cord while using it on me. I’m a tricky human being.

Mystim Sizzling Simon – Electrostimulation Vibrator
Mystim Sizzling Simon – Electrostimulation Vibrator

So my heart was set when I discovered Mystims rechargeable collection, no cables, all-in – one E-Stim vibrators. It was an simple choice with three models to choose from–it had to be Sizzling Simon. My heart was laid with four specified ridges and average (goldilocks) size shaft. It took me a year to get my hands on Simon, and squeals of enthusiasm met his eventual arrival (thanks to Mystim)!

If you care about all of that, the Mystim E-stim vibrators come in fairly great packaging. The exterior packaging is a card and the Simon in its own storage box is zipped inside! It’s a good touch as the storage box is fairly travel-friendly, though there’s no space for a lock on the zip that’s a supervision! You will discover a usb charger, a manual, two lube satchets and Simon himself inside the convenient storage box, all nestled in nicely cleaned storage pockets and elastic straps. There s plenty of space in the box for more toys, and it is highly recommended to throw out the lube!

My Sizzling Simon is the black edition, which implies that the handle is black rather than white as far as I can tell. The first thing I noticed when I took him out was just how big and imposing a luxury vibrator looks like. I often discover (somewhat ironically) that the smaller / slimmer the shaft is the more you pay for a vibrator. You’re getting bang for your buck with Simon–in more than one manner, and maybe the Tickling Truman will saturate your size requirements if you want to get larger still?

It’s simple to load Simon (which you’ll have to do before you play) once you understand what you’re doing, it’s a magnetic loader for the record and it latches on the handle’s tiny metal logo. When loaded, the light will begin red and change to green. This magnetic charging system also enables the Sizzling Simon to be totally waterproof, which all inner vibrators (in my view) should be!

Together with Electric Eric, Tickling Truman and now Daring Danny, the Sizzling Simon has three primary tasks: Vibrations, E-Stim and Pelvic Floor training. There are two parts on the handle, the top of the E-Stim buttons and the bottom of the Vibration buttons. Now bear with me because it gets somewhat confusing (multi-functionality isn’t all it’s cracked to be).

To switch on the vibrations (which emit one in the tip and one in the shaft from two engines) you click the fourth down button in the top, once with the circular pattern on it. There are plus and minus buttons under the circular button to switch the vibrations up or down–enabling you to have five intensities. You click the circular button again to alter the patterns (of which there are eight!). Hold down the circular button for a few seconds to switch off the vibrations.

Press the third button down the top with the pulse pattern on it to use the E-stim. The buttons above are plus and minus buttons that allow you to move up and down the ten intensity levels readily. By pressing the pulse button again, you can modify the program, there are five programs (models) to choose from. So if I haven’t lost you entirely by now, you’ll have realized how much the Sizzling Simon has to give. For the first moment I was both optimistic and nervous about sliding it into my vagina. For a long time, I would have wanted Simon, and although electrocutting myself in the vagina seemed to be a terribly strange idea, I was fairly sure I’d like it.

I was shocked to be a boy. After running my fingers over the buttons (which I couldn’t see with the inserted toy anymore) and selecting the one for the E-stim. I sucked and pushed it in a deep breath. I waited a minute, nothing happened pretty sure before I reached down to press the plus button… nothing, I pushed it again. Ouch! Within me, I felt a sharp prickle, not a pleasant feeling, just pain, it reminded me that I was stung by a wasp. Something I would never want to occur in my vagina in particular.

So yeah, it didn’t go well with my first foray with Simon, it felt painful, stingy and prickly, and nothing like I thought it would. Even a play with the vibrations couldn’t bring me any joy from it, as the vibrations are very middle ground and internally I’m not really a vibration fan. I was heartbroken, the shaft felt lovely inside of me and shallow digging was a pleasure thanks to those ridges, but this would be a hell of costly dildo if I never used the engines!

I took Simon to my BFs house later that day (at his request). He was desperate to try E-stim and begged me to let him try it despite my bad (and not being anal secure!) experience. I forced him, of course, to lub the shaft and tightly hold the handle on his behalf. The shape worked for him as well as for me, and he promptly urged me to switch on the E-Stim.

I anticipated him to hate it completely, or at least… to find the feeling too bizarre / intense to translate as enjoyment. What I didn’t expect was that after stage three he would lose control and start writhing, chuckling, and asking me to switch up the settings. Every time I pushed the tensioned button, expecting it to be the’ too far’ step–the one that transformed enjoyment into pain, but it just kept going. With each rise, Grin gets larger and dick twitching more erratically. Finally, he gave himself into his urges and tugged himself over the edge. Splitting with cum on his own torso. I was a little shocked, excited and jealous. His reaction was indicative of all that I had hoped would be the Sizzling Simon. So why didn’t this work for me?

Horny and hopeless for some responses, I was cleaning the toy and settling next to the melted puddle that was my bf before. I wanted to experience anything that made him so ecstatic, or at least prove I wasn’t a wimp. At first, my vagina had other thoughts, tensing despite my excitement–reluctant to let the inside zappy, hurtful thing. Once I got the Sizzling Simon inside me, I made sure to double insert the entire shaft (the less you touch the surface the stronger the zaps will be on that part of you). Then I waited for the bravery to turn the pulses on an embarrassingly long time.

I had to set three (where I could see the zaps) and then lean to my now watchful partner. We produced out as a couple of hopeless adolescents sloppily, urgently. The zaps began to feel less cumbersome and more like small ripples, I clicked a notch on the force. The sharp prickly sensation was back, but this time it felt more than bearable and I would quickly have adapted to that stage too–feeling ripples rather than sharpness again. Using Simon like that–taking it steady, stopping caressing my bf, making sure I was totally excited, got me to level 8 all the way. It teetered on the edge of being too much, but I got closer to orgasm with every subtle tiny thrust of the shaft I could assemble and every pulsing ripple that grabbed my vaginal wall.

So that was Simon’s trick, I had to let him grow on me to get used to it. I would be excited with the evil shaft, revealing as it joined me in every rippling ridge. Enjoying the shaft’s slight flex. Use the vibrations to assist guide the pleasure / pain scale in the correct direction at the same moment as the E-stim. Taking stuff slow, frequently using it. Everything created my toy experiences so much better.

The Kegel exercise programs are also a lot of fun, and now I’ll be happy to sit there while reading a book with Simon inserted. Vaguely conscious of the muscle spasms and the zaps. See, who said it must be hard to work out! Honestly being tighter is not the objective here, as a tight vagina is usually just an unaroused vagina, for me, Kegel’s exercise is all about greater orgasms. Work those muscles to make the contractions that ripple through you larger and better when you do orgasm.

The Sizzling Simon is your buck’s bang epitome. With all the elegance and twice the functionality of an old-school Lelo toy, you really get a lot at a much more sensible cost. The shaft is silicone and flexible, the system is waterproof and rechargeable, it has various vibration patterns and strengths and various E-stim patterns and strengths, it even has a Kegel training program. This is just a crazy quantity of things to cram into a toy and I’ll personally confess I find this level of functionality a bit tiresome when you have to navigate all six buttons (some have more than one task). I would have been just as pleased if the toy had only E-Stim, but I’m sure there are tons of individuals who will enjoy getting both AND even better–being able to use both vibrations and E-Stim simultaneously.

Well finished mystim, you’ve developed a wonderful toy with which my only true problem is to navigate the sheer quantity of functionality that’s crammed into it. Keep up the wonderful job!

Womanizer Pro 40 Review

If you’re a regular user of the Womanizer series, you know the main concept behind these toys is to make a series that stimulates without even remotely vibrating. The Womanizer line was highly successful over the past few years, but due to a few problems here and there, it was never able to become the top tier sex toy it always could. But, with the release of the Womanizer Pro 40, this could change as this model may just become one of the hottest toys in the market today. This so called ‘pared down’ version of the Womanizer puts itself in direct competition with the cheap and cheerful Satisfyer Pro 2 – a very suspiciously similar toy that made its way onto the market this year.

Womanizer Pro 40

Upgrades from the Old Womanizer

The older versions of this toy had various issues; one of them was the cringey designs. The toy didn’t look too good and it was expensive as hell. And, these two comments about a sex toy are just a recipe for disaster. However, with the Womanizer Pro 40, the company dropped the tacky design, made the toy waterproof and pulled the price tag down even lower.

What comes in the packaging

The box includes the toy itself, obviously, a USB cable for charging, a spare silicone head and a user manual for all those people who can’t understand how to use this simple toy. If you’re a frequent Womanizer customer, you might notice the lack of a storage bag. That is a minor issue, but nothing too significant to affect the reputation of this toy.

Packaging

How it Works

This toy has ten different settings. This is an upgrade over the older Womanizer which only had 8. When it comes to the sensations, this toy is definitely weaker than the older variant. There’s a simple three button interface to use this device. One button is used to turn the device on and off while the other two are + and – buttons to control the intensity.

If you don’t know how the Womanizer works to provide pleasure without any vibrations, it is through something called Pleasure Air Technology. It pushes and pulls the air present inside your vagina and causes stimulation. It sounds really weird, but in reality, its actually quite fun.

The first setting is like a little butterfly flapping its wings inside you. It’s not noticeable and even newbies will have to tune things up a bit. Which really begs the question as to why those intensities were even put there. As you start racking up the intensity, that is when things start becoming more and more fun.

The sensations from the Womanizer Pro 40 are very unique from what you expect from a regular vibrator. A standard toy vibrates and eventually, it creates a numbing feeling in your clit. For some women, this is a nice quality since the numbing actually saves them from the pain of most higher intensity vibrations. However, there are females that aren’t a fan of the numbing sensation. If you’re one of those females, then the Womanizer Pro 40 could be a great toy for you. As we said, it creates sensations through the push and pull of the air nozzle, hence completely getting rid of that numbing sensation.

Material

The silicone that both the Womanizer heads are made from is harder and rougher when compared to the silky soft silicone on the Satisfyer. The material used to make the Pro 40 is silicone, but its not as smooth as the one used in most toys these days. It’s more of solid variant of silicone. The silicone head of the Womanizer definitely needs some work in this regard. The head has thinner rims and for most women, these rims won’t be too comfortable. The toy relies on these rims to create an air seal and needs a ton of lube to create that said seal properly. The Satisfyer series does this a lot better by creating wider seals that can fit all types of women. So, if there’s one design flaw in the Womanizer, it would be the rims.

Control Buttons

How best to use it

There’s not much room to move around with the Pro 40. The seal that is created to lock the air can break even with the slightest of movements, so there’s a chance that moving around will lose all the sensations instantly and you have to redo everything.

However, even though that not moving part is a deal-breaker for most women, its actually not all bad. With any other vibrator, you’ll have to move around with the toy and even use a clit massager to pair up with the penetrating vibrator. So, that’s a lot of multitasking to be done, the use of both hands, the use of a lot more lube, and then eventually, a lot more cleaning as well. If you’re looking for a way to escape all those shenanigans, you can just stick the Womanizer in place and it’ll do all the heavy lifting for you.

Comparison with the Satisfyer

When comparing this version of the Womanizer to the Satisfyer I have to say it’s a super close call, there is really not much difference in strength once you get to the highest settings but the sensation is notably different. I’ve compared all Satisfyer’s here.

This version of the Womanizer is extremely close to its competitor, the Satisfyer. There’s not much in terms of functionality that would set the two apart. The Womanizer is slightly inferior in terms of strength, but when you crunch the strength to the max, the two are barely distinguishable. When it comes to the sensations, the one of the Satisfyer feel a bit more comfortable and smoother, while the Womanizer seems like someone is sucking in your vagina with a vacuum cleaner. However, this boils down to preference. The head of the two are also very different, but this comes down to the shape of your vagina and how well either one fits. So, if we had to sum up the two toys in comparison, we’d say that there’s not much difference between the two. They’re both high quality, and at the end of the day, either one would be a phenomenal purchase.

Wrapping Up

The Womanizers were always a huge hit with the adult toy industry. But, for a long time, the immense price tag has affected the sales it could have potentially made. Thankfully, the company brought the price down by a lot and at the moment, there’s not many reasons for you not to buy this toy right now!

Review: Lamourose Rosa Rouge

Lamourose Rosa Rouge

I’ll just go ahead and acknowledge it’s really the incorrect time of the year to post a self-heating vibrator review. Right now I’m sitting naked in my living room with two fans pointing at me, feeling like I was cast in some really strange playboy picture shooting accidentally. With my hair blowing around and a glowing shine on my skin that could be a thin sweat layer. The last thing I want right now is a vibrator that will add to my body’s heat attack. But bear with me and I’m going to paint you a image of how a heated vibrator should be about life.

Imagine a cold winter night, for the comfort of your bed, you have forgotten the warmth of the crackling living room fire. It’s only cold and wrapped in your blanket fortress that you can barely gather the bravery to expose one arm to a vibrator long enough. But then you remember that you own the Rosa Rouge, and you’re thinking about the Lamourose brand, and the warmth, the sweet toasty warmth it offers, and you know your genitals are going to thank you for it.

Lamourose Rosa Rouge
Lamourose Rosa Rouge

That’s better than that. Now let me introduce you formally to the Lamourose Rosa Rouge, the Rosa’s Heated version. If you’ve heard of the Lamourose business before you’ve likely heard of their beautifully rumbly engines housed in ludicrously luxurious products. The Rosa Rouge comes in the usual ostentatious Lamourose packaging, color matched outer card box, solid luxurious inner black box (which opens the wrong way up–in my opinion) while I think they’re all too goddamn-priced (bear in mind that I’m a very poor person and I grumble a lot about item price) I haven’t yet attempted a Lamourose product that disappoints me. As well as the red (almost purple) G-spot vibrator you will discover a matching charging dock base, an intimate moisturizer sachet (WATER-BASED LUBE–was that really so hard to tell?), a warranty card and a storage bag.

I already owned Denia (the Rosa’s dual stimulating sister), so I realized I’d get silky soft silicone, a accurate G-spot shaft, and three buttons on the base side that I’d always struggle to use when the vibrator is inserted. There’s a bit of flex in the shaft but it’s usually quite firm like Denia. The base is strong plastic and sits in its respective charging dock smoothly.

It requires about 2-3 hours for the Rosa Rouge to charge and the light of the center button will pulse gently to demonstrate its functioning. This technique of magnetic charging enables for a fully water-tight unit, so no worries about washing, and if you really want to bring your toy in the shower or the bath is not afraid!

Holding the+ button turns on the Rosa Rouge will improve the power of the shocks by using the same key, from 1 to 12 the vibrations will be extremely powerful and very rumbly. I like sitting at about seven but honestly it’s difficult to distinguish between each rise as they graduate very softly. You can use the –button to lower the power, I believe much more handy than cycling through all of them to get back to where you want to be!

The center button changes the pattern, nine of them are there, and I never remember using them. I think it’s great that you can also control the strength of the patterns unlike other vibrators, because the more common’ cycle through’ systems don’t enable this. While the Rosa Rouge is inserted, the base motor should reach your clitoris, for me it doesn’t and the vibrations feel sub-par compared to the shaft.

Now this is the first specifically G-spot-oriented vibrator I owned and I have to say that I have learned something quite surprising about myself, I prefer motion to vibrations when it comes to my G-spot. This is a problem for me and not a problem for Rosa and I now clitorally use the Rosa and love it, I lay the front of the bulky part of the shaft across my entire vulva with the shaft’s underside nook hooked under my clit. This makes particularly my vaginal opening fantastic overall stimulation while still being able to add pressure straight under my clit.

So when the vibrator switches on (hold the center button if you want to switch it off), the heat-up feature (which makes this a Rosa Rouge and not just a Rosa) is switched on automatically. Getting to temperature requires 3-5 minutes ruffly and is definitely noticeably hot. I would actually say that it manages perfectly to be very hot without being HOT. Which is nice because I don’t believe anyone likes to scald their genitals other than a few hardcore fetishists.

But is it pleasurable the warmth? Well, I can’t say I’ve ever looked at a radiator, a hot water bottle, or a mug of hot chocolate, and I believe I wish I could hump that to myself. But yes, in a good way it adds to the sensations, although in its own right it is certainly not orgasmic. I don’t like the heat so much internally, because of the warmth, I realized that the lube dries out very rapidly and I think the same thing is happening externally. But my clit enjoys warmth.

I always wanted one of those ceramic dildos, like a hot water bottle for your vagina, that you could fill up. But the idea of getting out of my bed’s safety, walking across an icy laminate floor, putting on the kettle, waiting for nearly 3 minutes longer than the 60-second boil promise of the kettles, filling the dildo, adding some cold so I don’t scold myself, and lastly crawling back to bed to use it, seemed just too hard. The Rosa simplifies everything by pressing a button. Simply placed; my lazy appeals.

Now is the heat-up aspect of the Rouge variant worth paying an additional forty-six pounds? I don’t know. My primary problem with the Rosa Rouge is that I clitorally orgasm (my favorite manner of using the Rosa) quicker than it takes to warm up. So I almost never feel the complete heat before I turn it off and I feel like I could just as well own the Rosa standard.

Overall, the Rosa Rouge is a fantastically well-made, functional vibrator with incredible vibration power and plenty of rumble, yet I rarely use it the way it was designed! Is it well worth more than £ 150? Not me, but I personally believe that all the vibrators of Lamourose are too costly. I understand you’re paying for luxury and quality here, so it definitely softens the blow, but it makes me sad that so many individuals are priced out of a good vibrator’s possession.

Review: We-Vibe Passionate Play Collection

We-Vibe Passionate Play Collection

The collection of We-Vibe Passionate Play involves a bullet vibrator that you may have heard of; the Tango–often known as the finest bullet on the market. It also involves the We-Vibe 4 Plus–a’ vibrator couple’ that can be worn during penetration by a vulva-owning person. Now I’m sitting on the fence skeptically rolling my eyes at most’ couples vibrators,’ but the urge to’ wear’ a vibrator during sex persuaded me that it was worth checking out.

We-Vibe Passionate Play Collection
We-Vibe Passionate Play Collection

I selected a LIMITED EDITION version with a super adorable light blue We-vibe 4+ and a pearly white Tango (generally in dark blue or bright yucky-pink). The storage box is beautiful and includes nicely; both toys, a remote vibrator for the Couples, a Tango magnetic charger, a We-Vibe 4 + docking style charger, a silky storage bag, a silky sash and a manual of instructions.

Let’s get the simple part started. The Tango. It’s awesome fucking. I mean, it’s a CLITORAL DYNAMITE stick! And like most explosions, I sometimes get these pleasantly strange clitoral aftershocks after orgasming with the Tango, where my clit throbs / pulses hard for up to five minutes after I turn it off. It’s pretty awesome.

The size of the Tango for a bullet is average. The shape is not groundbreaking either, but the angled tip of the lipstick is useful to change the position, pressure and articulation of the bullet on your genitals slightly. The Tango fits well into nearly all of my toys that contain bullet holes. Indeed, I’m tempted to bring all my dildos with frustratingly tiny un-tango-able-holes up the firing range and put REAL bullet holes in them.

The Tango is completely waterproof, so it just had to have a magnetic charger in the end, joyfully. Her pants. You can not move an inch in the same space as a Tango loading without running the risk of the cable jumping off spontaneously. On the upside it seems to last a heck of a long time after you have finished mission impossible and fully loaded the Tango. It also doesn’t have the irritating practice of other Denia ** Side-eyes ** vibrators where they operate their own battery flat in your drawer so you’re left sad, lonely and vibration-less when you’re using it.

The Tango has on the foundation all EIGHT modes regulated by a single button. It has four strengths from the lowest to the OH-MY-FUCK-town graduation. It has four patterns as well, the first two I really like (HONESTLY), I think they’re called’ Tease’ and’ Wave.’ Before now, I’ve never got off on an oscillating pattern, but these take me a little more softly to orgasm than normal methods.

The power behind the Tango is phenomenal; it’s powerful, it’s rumbly, it’s a sex toy rocket that’s targeted and locked into your areas of enjoyment. Because of its plastic layer and absence of silicone or surface mass, the vibrations do not spread and soften as on the We-vibe touch. It allows for a much harder sort of vibration to get used to.

The Tango has a low-power warning feature, it basically flashes orange at the base but only when the Tango is turned off –so on you mid-play it might still die unexpectedly. That said, once I notice the orange light, it works as a useful reminder that toys need to be charged. I’ve owned my Tango for four months now and only started it twice –I’m not sure if it’s an outstanding battery life or demonstrates just how little time it requires to be switched on before I’m wasted, the less I need to use that infernal charger the better.

The Tango is intended to be silent whispering, but this is clearly a measure that depends completely on the person. If you share a space with it, you can definitely hear the Tango, but a dense duvet can muffle it. Hearing the Tango’s engine now creates a Pavlovian reaction in me, I’m pretty sure, because when it’s around I definitely dribble like one of Pavlov’s dogs.

For this bullet vibrator, I have very strong feelings, in reality, I’d go so far as to say it’s the only bullet I’ve ever really rated. C wouldn’t think my assertion of an orgasm moment of less than two minutes until that’s when I tucked it behind his balls in a handwork. He’s getting it right now. The Tango is your Vibe if you like pinpoint stimulation and tiny vibrators you can readily make space for during partnered play.

Small but powerful, easy yet completely efficient, some might find the stimulus given by the Tango a bit harsh, particularly as the vibe itself is strong, but for me it’s the fastest way to get off. Certainly the simplest orgasm is not always the best, but who always has the time or energy for a’ sensual’ session to be drawn? Sometimes only a quick wank will do, and the Tango will truly shine on those occasions.

You can buy the Tango on your own for about £ 55 depending on where you shop, but if you bite the bullet (not literally –poor Tango) and splash the cash, you probably won’t be disappointed!

The We-Vibe 4 Plus is a creature somewhat more complex. Couples vibes are hard to get correct, notoriously. They don’t have to fit one body, they have to fit two and they don’t have to please one person, they have to please two. They also tend to be designed solely for hetero-couples. What kind of sucks.

However, the We-Vibe 4 + is off to a nice beginning; first it’s created by We-Vibe who lovingly introduced us the Tango, second it’s a tried and tested revision from a line of semi-successful predecessors. So, with all that in mind, how bad might it really be?

Well, to start with, this vibe doesn’t share the really awesome engine of the Tango,’ why isn’t the hell? You’re supposed to murmur yourself right now. Unfortunately, in my search to find a vibe that I could wear during sex, I was determined to proceed. Because dick is my favorite thing and vibrations come a very near second, I wanted to eventually… appreciate the best of both worlds seamlessly.

The 4 + is waterproof, but instead of a magnetic charger it has a charging dock, can I get an amen? Silky soft but not seamless, the Silicone is tut-tut. To turn the vibrator on and alter the modes, there is a single button. You can either use the included remote to control the vibe wirelessly or get the We-connect app. If you regulate the vibe this way, there are additional patterns, with a total of 10 distinct methods.

Before disconnecting, I get about three feet of use on the controller, which is more than enough to change mid-sex patterns. Bluetooth is used by the phone app, it has an even better variety (four feet) and enables some customization. On any pattern, you can separately alter the intensities of both engines and generate a playlist of your favorite ones. The app also tells you how much battery remains in the toy, which is a nicely small feature.

So how’s that fit? Quite merely, with a little lube the inner arm slips inside of you and the bulk of the vibrator lies above your clitoris, you may need to re-adjust some flap… just say. Beginning with it may feel a little tight, but it stretches a little bit. It also tends to feel like it’s about to push itself out, but when I made some experimental star-jumps (for science), that’s only happened to me once so far.

So what are those solos vibrations? Picture a child who has just been told that they can’t eat their Halloween candy until they clean up their room. When I switched the 4+ on, that was my pouty face. The vibrations are just not much of anything, they’re not entirely soft or buzzy, but they’re feeling… kind of shallow. It’s even boring.

The inner arm is worthy of complete un-orgasm, it’s not long or well-formed enough to boost my g-spot, so the vibrations could be on my forearm for everything I care about or notice. The clitoral one sits perfectly for me and maybe on a nice day when Chris sucks my breasts and gropes my butt.

So talking about Chris, how well does the 4 + share his above-average penis inside me? Well… it’s not impossible, it’s not too comfortable. Certainly there is no pain, but in a strange manner it adds to the sensations WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING DOWN THERE. It’s quite out of the question to have real vigorous sex, it’s just… in the manner. Yet I can not grind against him either comfortably.

I NEED them to be powerful to notice vibrations during sex, and the We-Vibe 4+ is just not powerful enough. Chris seems to appreciate the clitoral arm’s vibrations, but he’s NEVER cum in fact while we’ve been using the 4+. The app is nice, but for this toy it seems to kill a little over. Quite honestly, I don’t want to have sex with someone who stares at their phone, so we tend to use the controller only.

It’s difficult to summarize the collection as a whole, the Tango is ideal (apart from the pesky charging cable) but you could purchase it alone, so is it worth shelling out the additional cash to get the We-Vibe 4 Plus and some silky things? The kind of individual I would suggest a seriously powerful vibe like the Tango is obviously not going to like the We-vibe 4 Plus sub-par vibrations and the kind of individual who would appreciate the We-vibe 4 Plus’ soft notes would likely find the Tango too difficult and overwhelming.

Basically, the collection teams together two very different items and, if you like one, you probably won’t like the other. A pleasant touch is the silk sash that can be used as a blindfold or a restraint, it definitely lends to the theme of’ couples,’ but it is not enough of a reason to purchase the collection. Essentially my recommendation is to either purchase the Tango if you like to vibrate tough and rumbly or the We-Vibe Four Plus if you have more subtle vibrations.

Review: L’amourose Denia

L’amourose Denia

The Denia is a dual stimulator with a distinction, in favor of a broad flat base and a complete clitoral shaft rather than ears (which can be hit and miss for a lot of vulvas) it has shaken off the overplayed rabbit style. It has been intended as a high-end luxury product, like all Lamourose products, and it really demonstrates in its presentation and price tag.

L’amourose Denia
L’amourose Denia

It is well known that Lamourose mastered rumbly vibrations so that in the past I had difficulty with buzzy toys that made me numb before I could cum and considering my lazy adoration for dual stimulus toys I realized I required Denia to own.

The packaging is lovely, but it is also somewhat excessive, with a black exterior card box with a very weak picture of the Denia and the logo, and then a strong inside hold-sake box with just the embossed logo. I don’t maintain my packaging, so it’s really wasteful, particularly since the Denia comes with a satin-lined drawstring bag that both feels luxurious and is perfectly suitable for long-term storage. It comes with a lovely charging dock that doubles up to show the Denia and an 18 month warranty card.

In a silky soft and completely seamless silicone, the Denia itself is coated. The base is black plastic moulded into a prismed design, it’s a beautiful touch and when standing upright it makes it durable. The toy is waterproof and sports two small loading pads on the base that enable it to load on its dock without insertion holes. Upon arrival, you will have to pay it, the light will flash slowly when you have it right on the dock. The light will switch to steady signaling it is fully charged after a couple of hours.

There are three buttons, the center one shifts the 9 patterns, holding the + turns on and keeping the –turns it off (as well as increasing and reducing the power of 12 levels).

Lamourose says the Denia sports ‘ Flex and Shift ‘ technology, which means that the shaft and clitoral arm are not entirely fixed as far as I can say, but I would definitely not call the Denia flexible. I discovered I need a lot of lube (despite its soft silicone) and grab the clit arm strongly in order to insert the Denia. There is a method to it defiantly, it took nearly five awkward and frustrating minutes for my first effort.

The first thing you’ll notice when Denia eventually falls into location is the absence of space between the shaft and the clit arm, obviously this will be slightly different from individual to individual, but I discovered it was a very tight fit. So much so that I can stand up, do some squats, perhaps even a cartwheel or two with the Denia in. I believe that the clamp-like impact is triggered by a mixture of minimal flexibility, absence of space between the shaft and the arm, and leaning towards each other.

It’s a lot to get used to too, and if you don’t like strong pressure on your clit, you’ll likely fall out fairly rapidly with Denia. But I always mash my clit with bullets, so I forgive Denia readily for her clingy ways. Aside from the strong pressure not only from the clitoral arm, the shaft also bends inward to exert a reasonable quantity of stress on your g-spot, which for me is a big plus point. I believe the lengthy broad head is going to make the shaft a universal success as it is going to suit distinct heights of the g-spot.

I don’t have to keep Denia in place, but it’s still comfortable to keep the base if I want a huge enhancement on traditional rabbit handles that can be a pain to keep at that awkward angle. I like sitting on the bed, rocking back and forth at the base. If this had a traditional handle, that would be impossible. I can’t really push the Denia at all, but I don’t believe it’s even remotely essential because there’s so much else to give.

I can’t even start describing the noise I made when I switched the vibrations on for the first time, I’m not sure that it was human. The profound, intense and super RUMBLY vibrations. And they’re totally centered on where they need to be due to the design. I always start Denia with the clitoral arm on now, so that I don’t get overwhelmed. It’s one of the patterns and it’s a winning factor that I can alter to either have the shaft or arm on instead of both.

My greatest irk with Denia is that once it’s inserted, it’s not simple to alter the settings. The buttons are under the silicone, and while you can feel symbols raised with your finger, I might have tried to read brail as well. I lost count of the number of times, wanted to turn the vibrations to tip myself over the edge, and finally switched to a pattern and ruined the moment.

I’ve had Denia for six months and still haven’t been able to achieve the greatest level, I’m not a energy queen, and it’s just far too powerful past approximately level 7 (it’s hard to distinguish the concentrations as they rise very slightly). The rumbly doesn’t vanish unlike other toys that just move into the buzzy area when you get up the ante either. The Denia is NOT silent whisper, although the shaft appears to have the noisiest engine, so as long as it is inserted you will muffle the volume to a point not to be heard through a closed door.

Because of the fully sealed design, cleaning is easy and the velvet lined bag keeps it between uses free of dust. Unfortunately I find that if I don’t use Denia for two weeks, even if the charge was full when I put it away, it’s going to be dead when I come to play next. This can be really frustrating as someone with zero organizational abilities and a full absence of forethought, particularly as the Denia is what I like to use when I have the Horn to a superbly distracting degree.

This dual vibrator packs a severe punch, I’m glad to report that in my toy box it’s stronger and rumbler than anything else, even beating the We-vibe tango by the width of a dildo. Despite the’ flex and change’ technology, when I tried to insert it I discovered it really unforgiving and I believe the general tightly fastened feeling it produces will not be to the taste of everybody. But for me it operates, well enough to be a’ top drawer’ toy.  I think this luxury vibrator runs the risk of pricing itself at more than £ 130 off the market, but if mine vanished tomorrow, I understand I’d have to purchase another one.

LELO Mona 2

Everyone knows the reputation of LELO, one of the most luxurious sex toy makers out there. As you can probably guess from the name, the Mona 2 is a updated version of the old LELO Mona and even if you didn’t use the older Mona, you can probably judge from the ‘2’ in the name that the Mona 2 is better than the older version. However, what you can’t judge is that probably, this is one of the best toys LELO has ever put forth.

On to the review

LELO is well known for their sublime packaging and they didn’t disappoint with the Mona 2. The toy comes in a bright pink packaging with the words LELO printed on the front. It’s a pretty fancy box, and the interior is more of the same. Inside the box, there is a matte black cardboard which is home to the Mona 2 sitting pretty in a velvet compartment. Other contents of the box include a standard LELO Lube, a user manual, an authenticity card and an amazing black satin pouch to store the toy.

How does it charge?

The Mona 2 has a small charging port at the base that is covered by a silicone flap when the toy isn’t charging. This flap also makes the toy waterproof because it’s a water-sealed charging port. So, don’t be afraid of taking your toy for a dip in the ocean, it can definitely take it!

Material

The material used to make the LELO Mona 2 is a combination of silicone and ABS plastic. The dual material is completely body and skin safe, non-porous and phthalates-free. So, there’s not danger to your health because of the Mona 2. You can even share the toy as long as you clean it thoroughly after every use.

The glossy plastic is very smooth and it gives the toy a really classy look. The silicone is just one to fall in love with. It extremely smooth and will probably be the most satisfying silicone your body will ever touch. You can use the Mona 2 to stimulate other parts of your body too, one thing is for sure, the silicone will feel amazing all over your body.

The silicone itself is very smooth, however, the internals of this toy are completely rigid. There’s almost no flexibility to this toy at all and it’s a solid combination of plastic inside. If you’re looking for a stiff toy that can put immense pressure directly on your G-spot without too much problem.

Aesthetics

The Mona 2 is a really lightweight toy and it is extremely deceiving for its size. The toy has a total length of 8.25” and an insertable length of 5.5” that is more than enough to find any g-spot. In terms of width, the toy isn’t that intimidating. Its only 1.4” in width at its largest point.

The Mona 2 is designed very ergonomically with extremely pleasing colors. Its absolutely apparent that LELO only had one motive in mind while making the Mona 2, to make something shaped precisely to hit the G-spot and no doubt, this toy does just that.

Features

Rechargeable battery that gives four hours of runtime from a full charge. The Mona 2 takes about two hours to charge fully.

  • FDA Approved, medical-grade body and skin safe ABS plastic and silicone.
  • Fully waterproof.
  • Amazing motor strength.
  • Dual vibrators for endless combinations.
  • Six different vibration modes on each of the two motors.
  • Quiet motors create almost no sound even while operating at maximum speeds.

The Mona 2 is extremely easy to use with its very simple interface. The two + and – buttons control the speed of the motors and turn them on and off. Furthermore, to cycle between all the different modes and vibration settings, the Mona 2 has arrow buttons on the top and bottom of the toy. LELO knows how difficult it can be to find the buttons when you’re at the peak, so they made sure that their buttons were easy to access. All four button are raised above the surface of the toy to make them easy to press.

In Use – How does it perform?

LELO claims that the Mona 2 fits most women and to be honest, it really does. The curve and length of the toy ensures that it hits the G-spot impeccably. It enters really easily with almost no effort and goes right up to the G-spot. And, to add to that, the hard material really pushes against the G-spot without any discomfort.

Simply holding the Mona 2 against your G-spot will create amazing sensations. So, you can guess how good rubbing and thrusting will be. All things considered; the feeling of a Mona 2 against your G-spot will be unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.

LELO Mona 2

If the Mona 2 doesn’t hit the spot right on insertion, don’t worry. Every woman’s body is made different and you can’t expect a toy to hit the G-spot of every female regardless of how good it is. You just have to hold it at different angles to make it hit the right spot. It does add a little bit more to your plate as you’ll have to dedicate a hand just to hold it in the right place. You can even increase or decrease the pressure of the Mona 2 by altering the angle at which you’re holding it. But, regardless, we feel that the Mona 2 will fit most women as the company advertises. However, some of you might need to work for the positioning a little bit.

Regardless of whether the shape works out or not, the Mona 2 is a vibrator and not a full dildo. Its meant to vibrate and it does that quite phenomenally. There are six different vibration modes each of which brings a different something to the table. All six vibration modes are similar to your standard vibrations with the exception of the last one. It’s more of a random mode where the vibrations all over the place.

As we highlighted in the bullets above, this toy is extremely discreet. The first few settings won’t even sound like the toy is one. It does produce a small rumble at the higher settings. But you won’t even need to muffle the sound with a blanket or close a door, the Mona 2 won’t be heard by someone that’s sitting halfway across the room. The Mona 2 gets five stars when it comes to being discreet. If you’re a bit intent on keeping your private life private, then we would highly recommend the Mona 2.

A lot of times, companies pull down on the power to make the toys more discreet, so at the end, you have a toy that’s quiet, but not powerful enough to provide any sensations. But, the Mona 2 doesn’t compromise on vibrator strength in their efforts to keep the noise down. The vibrator gives you the best of all worlds; everything from small buzzes to a mini tractor. The point is, the toy is quiet, yet at the same time, strong enough to make every woman out there get off.

The Mona 2 also doubles down as a clitoral vibrator too. Like we said earlier, the material is so good that it feels amazing no matter what part of the body you’re touching. Hold it against your clit at max speed and it’ll act as an amazing all-rounder vibrator. But, internally is where the Mona does its best. You can either just let the toy vibrate without doing anything special and just allow it to burst out pure vibrations on your g-spot. Or you could go the extra mile and pair up the vibrations with rubbing and thrusting to make a combo that will definitely get you to scream.

CONCLUSION

LELO has made an absolutely masterpiece of a vibrator, there’s no other way to put it. Visually, it is extremely pretty and comes in unique colors that are pretty distinct from every other vibrator out there. The material used to make this is a blend of ABS plastic and silicone, but both of them are the best of their respective categories. Mona 2 uses the silkiest silicone they could possibly get their hands on. It’s much quieter than any toy you’ve ever used before. The toy is also waterproof so bath time isn’t an issue. But even if something does happen to it, LELO gives you a one-year warranty on the toy. And, if you damage the toy past the one-year warranty, there’s a ten-year guarantee on the toy too. Meaning that, even after a year of use, if the toy is damaged in any way, LELO will cover half the cost of repairs.

LELO Gigi 2

Lelo Gigi 2

The LELO Gigi 2 is one of the most luxurious vibrators from the company and its an upgrade to the “most positively reviewed Pleasure Object ever created”. The Gigi was said to be a phenomenal toy, but still, LELO has released an upgrade to the vibrator, so you can pretty much guess what the Gigi 2 is all about. Let’s review the Gigi 2 in detail.

Lelo Gigi 2

The Packaging

The packaging of the Gigi 2 is similar to the standard LELO package, simple, yet brilliant. The exterior of the box is a plain colored to match the color of the toy. On the front, there’s a logo of LELO, the manufacturer. Inside, there’s a matte black box that separates the Gigi 2 and the rest of the contents of the box. Speaking of the contents, the box comes with a standard packet of LELO lube, a user manual, an authenticity card and a beautiful satin black pouch.

Aesthetically I prefer the bandless Mona 2, but that’s up to personal taste.

The Gigi 2 comes in four pretty colors; electric blue, light grey, pastel pink and magenta. The top portion of the toy is colored and is made of silicone. This is the part meant for internal sensations and will be the part that goes in. The bottom half is made of ABS plastic. The two portions are divided by a silver ring. On paper, the combination of the three materials doesn’t sound too exciting, but in person, the colors actually blend pretty well. Let’s elaborate a bit further on the material.

The Material

Like we said earlier, the upper half of the toy is made of silicone. The silicone covers an extremely rigid form of the toy. This is where the Gigi 2 sort of tricks you. From the looks of it, it seems like it’s a pretty flexible toy, but its really not. The Gigi 2 is as hard as a toy can be, but the silicone covering it is an extremely silky variant of the toy.

As far as the shape is concerned, LELO did a fantastic job with the whole design of the toy. It’s curved at an angle that looks really weird, but it’s designed specifically to hit the G-spot for most women. Moreover, LELO curved the top portion of the Gigi 2 to ensure that the toy wasn’t just poking at your G-spot, instead, it carefully caresses it.

In terms of size, the Gigi 2 is smaller than most of LELO’s toys, but its definitely bulkier in weight. The total length of the toy is 6.5 inches, out of which, 3.5 inches goes down to the silver band. Meaning that, 3.5 of those 6.5 is insertable. For most women, 3.5 inches is more thane enough to reach the G-spot. However, if you’re a woman that’s used to some longer toys and has trouble reaching the G-spot easily, you might have to resort to something a bit lengthier to suit your needs. However, regardless of your needs, the toy does create some problems when you’re using it for internal use. There’s just a three-inch space for the handle and often time, the toy will slide inside deeper than it should, making access to the buttons very difficult. There’s not much room for the grip, so be vary of this fact before buying the Gigi 2.

Speaking of the buttons, this is another area of concern when it comes to the LELO Gigi 2. Basically, the control panel on the bottom half of the toy is extremely crowded. Meaning that there is a total of four different buttons that control all the different intensities, modes and functions of the toy. The panel isn’t completely horrible, but it’s definitely a hassle to use the buttons when you’re in the middle of a session. Do expect to have issues pressing the button and definitely get used to pressing two or three buttons at once, because this will definitely happen.

How about the power?

When it comes to the power and intensity of the vibrations, the word we’d use is just decent. The Gigi 2 can provide good enough vibrations that will get you off. However, the intensity just doesn’t match up to what LELO claims it is. According to the manufacturer, the Gigi 2 is a 100% more powerful than the Gigi itself. And, if this were true, the Gigi must have a vibrator less powerful than the one is a PS2 controller. This is definitely expected; the Gigi 2 is running on a 6.5 inch space, so its apparent that they had to cut down on the size of the motor and use something a bit more space-efficient. However, we feel that LELO might have overdone it a bit by putting such a small motor in the toy. If you’re a beginner to vibrators and sex toys, by all means, go for the Gigi 2. It’ll become your best friend. But, if you’re a gal that’s been in the industry for a year or two, the Gigi 2 might just be too underwhelming for you.

However, the vibrator isn’t all bad. There are eight different vibration patterns built into the motor. All eight are highly diversified and bring something unique to the toy. It’s a decent variety consisting of varying speeds, intensities and patterns; but there’s also a random mode that’s just a bit of every mode.

Key Features

  • 8 adjustable vibration modes
  • Made from Fda approved body safe silicone
  • Submersible to 1 meter, the charging socket is sealed internally

CONCLUSION

While we’re praising the mediocre motor, another thing it deserves praise for would be the noise of the motor, or more accurately, the lack of it. The motor on the Gigi 2 is dead silent. On the lower settings, you won’t be able to figure out whether the toy is actually on or not. But, some of the higher settings have noise, but even those are much less than most of the toys in the market today.
